We want your dog to love their FloatPaws jacket. If it's not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
How returns work
To start a return, email support@floatpaws.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send simple instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in resalable condition (a quick try-on indoors is fine).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Sizing exchange? We'll help you swap to the right size.
Damaged or defective items
If your jacket arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — just include a photo.
